Vincent Schmid is a professional designer from Germany. He moved to Austria to study Industrial Design at FH Joanneum University of Applied Sciences in Graz, where he graduated in 2017.
Vincent started his career as a transportation designer at the well-known design agency KISKA in Salzburg. During his time there, he designed motorcycles such as the KTM 990 RC R (MY2025), Husqvarna TC/FC (MY2023), or CFMOTO MT800 (MY2022), micro-mobility solutions like the Husqvarna BLTZ Concept and was involved in various exterior and interior projects for the automotive industry. He also guided projects for several clients in the role of a creative director.
In 2023, Vincent joined the electric car manufacturer NIO, where he currently works as a Senior Automotive Designer. Alongside his role at NIO, he lectures at the university FH Joanneum.
